Instructions:

Step 1: Right-click on the picture and select Special Effects from the drop-down menu. When the Widget Properties window opens, choose from the list of Image Effects: 

Step 2: Click OK. 

Note: Changes to opacity appear in all browsers. All other effects are only visible in Internet Explorer.
